The Chairman of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, Abike Dabiri-Erewa, has alerted the public to a security breach involving her personal email account, warning that it has been compromised by hackers.
Eko Hot Blog reports that in a message shared on her official X account, Dabiri-Erewa disclosed that unknown cyber actors had gained access to her email, raising concerns about possible misuse.

According to her, the breach has disrupted her ability to respond to both official and personal communications, with a backlog of emails expected.
Dabiri-Erewa appealed for patience and understanding, assuring that steps are being taken to secure the account and restore normal communication channels.
