Eredo LCDA to Organize Quiz Competition and Empowerment Program for residents

The Eredo Local Council Development Area (LCDA), under the administration of Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye, is set to organize a remarkable event aimed at promoting academic excellence, empowering widows, and uplifting the vulnerable in the community.

The program will feature a Quiz Competition for Public Primary School Students, the Widows’ Mite initiative, and an Empowerment Program, demonstrating the LCDA’s commitment to promote growth and development in all sectors of society.
Announcing the event, Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye emphasized its essence in advancing the administration’s agenda.
“Education and empowerment are two pillars of progress,” he said. “This program is not just about celebrating academic brilliance but also about creating opportunities for widows and the less privileged to thrive.
Together, we can build a better and more supportive community.”
The Quiz Competition will engage students from public primary schools across Eredo LCDA, focusing on improving their academic skills, confidence, and teamwork.
Simultaneously, the Widows’ Mite initiative will provide essential support to widows, ensuring they are empowered to contribute meaningfully to society.
The event is expected to draw stakeholders, parents, teachers, and community leaders, all united in their support for the administration’s vision of a thriving and inclusive community.
