The Head of Civil Service in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Mrs Grace Adayilo, has passed away.

EKO HOT BLOG reports that Adayilo, an indigene of Abuja and the first person to hold the position in the FCT Administration, reportedly slumped and died in the early hours of Monday.
According to ThisDay, sources disclosed that she had attended a church service on Sunday, where she made donations to the congregation. Witnesses said she appeared healthy and showed no signs of illness before her sudden demise.
Confirming the development, the Senior Special Assistant on Public Communications and Social Media to the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, Mr Lere Olayinka, told journalists on Monday morning: “She has passed on.”
Her death has sent shockwaves through the civil service community in Abuja, where she was widely respected for her leadership and contributions.
