Penafort Energy Nigeria Limited, an indigenous company established in November 2011, operates in the downstream oil and gas sector, retail, and the food and beverage industries. The company is currently hiring a Filling Station Supervisor for its station at Lasu Expressway, Iba, Ojo – Lagos.
Job Summary
The Filling Station Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain inventory. The role also requires monitoring fuel dispensing, conducting meter readings and dipping, enforcing safety regulations, and handling customer concerns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth fuel station management.
- Oversee staff performance and maintain high customer service standards.
- Conduct meter readings, dipping, and monitor fuel dispensing accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain stock levels and place supply orders when necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum of four years’ experience in a supervisory role at a fuel station.
- At least an OND qualification.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
