According to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), Musa arrived at Ship House shortly after 11 a.m. Upon arrival, he carried out the traditional inspection of the quarter guard and greeted the service chiefs and senior ministry officials.

He then proceeded into a closed meeting with the service chiefs and top directors, marking the beginning of his tenure and signalling new directions for Nigeria’s defence administration.
