Position Title:

Graphic Designer

Purpose of the Role:

The Graphic Designer will play a vital role in shaping and delivering Travelstart’s visual identity. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging designs across digital and print platforms that align with brand messaging and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Branding

Develop visually appealing assets for marketing campaigns, social media, email newsletters, and websites.
Ensure brand consistency across all materials by adhering to established guidelines.
Produce graphics optimized for various platforms including web, mobile, and print.
Create brochures, presentations, and other branded collateral.
Continuously maintain and refine the company’s visual style and brand assets.

Content & Campaign Support

Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute visual strategies.
Design infographics, animations, and visual content to enhance audience engagement.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure alignment between visuals and brand messaging.

Project & Workflow Management

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Ensure all final designs pass internal quality assurance checks.
Keep up with design trends and incorporate modern practices into the workflow.

Requirements:

Education & Technical Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Motion graphics and video editing experience is a strong advantage.
Understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus.
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media design requirements.
