EKO HOT BLOG reports that the 44-year-old singer made the revelation on Thursday following the conclusion of his recent tour. Timberlake explained that for months he had been experiencing unexplained fatigue, pain, and recurring illness, which were eventually diagnosed as symptoms of Lyme disease.
Known for hits like Cry Me A River, Timberlake said the diagnosis helped him understand the challenges he had faced on stage. While fans had earlier questioned his energy levels during some performances, the singer revealed he had been pushing through intense nerve pain and mental exhaustion throughout the tour.
“Among other things, I’ve been battling some health issues and was diagnosed with Lyme disease,” Timberlake said. “I don’t say this for sympathy, but to shed light on what I’ve been up against behind the scenes. Living with this can be relentlessly debilitating. When I first got the diagnosis, I was shocked. But it helped me understand why I was on stage in massive nerve pain or feeling overwhelming fatigue and sickness.”
Lyme disease is a bacterial infection transmitted through tick bites, particularly common in wooded areas of North America and Europe. If left untreated, it can lead to serious complications affecting the joints, heart, and nervous system.

Timberlake’s announcement has sparked concern and support from fans, many of whom applauded his resilience and honesty in sharing his health struggles publicly.
