In a statement on Saturday, Senator Usman’s Senior Special Adviser on Media, Ken Asogwa, expressed gratitude to INEC for “upholding the law, justice, and constitutional provisions” and for adhering to the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The party described the development as a turning point, ending the prolonged internal disputes that had plagued it over the past year.

It called on members nationwide to rally behind the interim leadership as it works to reposition the Labour Party ahead of upcoming elections.
“We remain committed to providing Nigerians with a credible, people-focused alternative,” the statement said, “and achieving this requires unity, dedication, and collective effort from all stakeholders.”

The party also thanked its supporters for their resilience, the judiciary for upholding justice, and the media for maintaining fairness and integrity in reporting.
“As we strengthen our structures across the country, we appeal for patience and continued support,” the statement concluded, “assuring Nigerians of our determination to restore the Labour Party to winning ways in the shortest possible time.”
