In a statement released on Thursday by his spokesman, Pastor Gbenga Ogunleye, Jandor confirmed he was officially received by GAC members led by Chairman Prince Tajudeen Olusi. According to the statement, the reception took place in Saudi Arabia during the ongoing Umrah pilgrimage.

“In a significant show of unity and goodwill, Dr Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran, Jandor, was warmly received by the Lagos State Governance Advisory Council (GAC) Chairman, Prince Tajudeen Olusi; Badagry Division Apex Leader of APC and fellow GAC member, Chief Rabiu Oluwa; Senator Ganiu Olanrewaju Solomon; and Senator Musiliu Obanikoro,” the statement read.

The meeting was described as a symbolic moment of political engagement among key figures in Lagos politics, reinforcing the importance of unity within the ruling party.
