Lagos Organizes Training For Mid-Level Officer on Digital Skills

Eko Hot Blog reports that at the “Leading in a Digital Age” training program, organized by the Ministry of Establishments and Training for middle-level officers, the Commissioner for Establishments and Training, Mr. Afolabi Ayantayo, stressed the importance of continuous capacity development and workforce enhancement.

Ayantayo, represented by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Mrs. Olubusola Abidakun, emphasized that the training program reflects the state government’s commitment to building a digitally competent workforce.
He noted that Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s administration recognizes the significance of digital skills in achieving a smarter, more efficient government.
Highlighting the Lagos State Government’s progress in digital transformation, Ayantayo mentioned the automation of government processes and the deployment of smart solutions across various sectors.
He stressed the timeliness and strategic importance of the “Leading in a Digital Age” program, asserting that continuous investment in human capital development is vital to the government’s vision of improving service delivery and governance.
