Pastor Thomas Ojo called on the identified individuals and entities to vacate the area
The Olokunjuwon-Umelu community in the Government Reserved Area (GRA) of Alagbaka Extension, Akure, Ondo State, has labeled landowners and property owners within their territory, including the personal house of Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, as trespassers.
Eko Hot Blog reports that in a statement, community leaders Prince Olusola Osore, Prince Adegboyega Olokunjuwon, and Pastor Thomas Ojo called on the identified individuals and entities to vacate the area or enter into negotiations for their continued presence on the family land.

The landowners have opposed the enforcement of a court order, arguing that an appeal is pending in the Supreme Court.
However, the community insists that a recent Supreme Court judgment striking out the motion for leave to appeal the lower court’s decision (CA/AK/105/2017) has undermined the landlords’ position.
Justice Helen Moronkeji Ogunwumiju, speaking on behalf of a five-member panel of the apex court, dismissed the appellant’s application to appeal the judgment, effectively upholding the earlier ruling in favor of the Olokunjuwon family.
