Notable attendees included Chief of Staff Dr. Edison Ehie, Senator John Azuta Mbata, Dr. Sam Sam Jaja, Chief Orits Onyiri, Chief Mike Elechi, Chief David Briggs, Dr. Tamunosisi Gogo-Jaja, Amaopusenibo Fubara Hart, Chief Theodore Georgewill, Hon.
