Bamiloye took to his Facebook page on Thursday to share his heartfelt tribute, describing her death as a transition to eternal rest and reaffirming his unwavering faith in God’s purpose for Christian filmmaking.
In his tribute, he wrote, “We are soldiers… on the battlefield! Jesus is our commander! When He calls our names, we shall answer a million times!”
Reflecting on Flora’s legacy, Bamiloye added, “When you cross over to Heaven, you forget all pains and griefs. No shaking! Tolu left a great impact and was called home to heaven! We shall continue till the end!”
Despite the deep sorrow, Bamiloye emphasized that the mission of faith-based storytelling remains steadfast, expressing his belief that the devil cannot touch God’s people without His knowledge.
He rallied his fellow gospel filmmakers, encouraging them to stay committed to their calling: “We will not keep quiet! We move! More Abattoirs! More Abejoyes!!!”
Flora’s passing comes just months after the death of another Abattoir actor, Moses Korede Are (Baba Gbenro), who died in November 2024 and was laid to rest on January 31, 2025.
