The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress APC, Prof Nentawe Yilwatda, has expressed confidence that the ruling party will secure a decisive victory in the 2027 presidential election.
Eko Hot Blog reports that Yilwatda also predicted that the APC would expand its control by winning more states in the next electoral cycle.

He made the remarks in Abuja on Monday while hosting the Women Leaders Support Advancement, a political advocacy group promoting increased involvement of women in governance.
According to him, the growing acceptance of President Bola Tinubus administration across the country is strengthening the partys prospects ahead of 2027.
Our party is fully prepared for the future, and by the grace of God, the APC will win convincingly in 2027, he said.
The APC chairman added that President Tinubus Renewed Hope agenda is opening new opportunities for women and young people, noting that the administration’s policies reflect Nigerians desire for broader inclusion in governance.
