An official meeting notice jointly signed by Uzodimma and Barau confirmed that the strategic session will hold at 3:00 p.m. at the Kano State Governor’s Lodge, located on Jose Marti Street in the Asokoro district of the Federal Capital Territory.
The venue is expected to host prominent party stalwarts, members of the APC National Working Committee, principal officers from the National Assembly, state governors, federal ministers, and key political stakeholders from across the country who make up the expanded campaign structure.
The upcoming Monday gathering follows the recent constitution of the massive National Campaign Council by the ruling party’s national leadership as part of its comprehensive preparations for the August 15 off-cycle governorship poll.
The APC structure comprises multi-tiered sub-committees tasked with overseeing various specialized aspects of the electoral drive, including grassroots mobilization, security coordination, media strategy, finance, protocol, and compliance.
Party leaders have expressed confidence that the high-powered campaign council will harmonize various internal political interests and deploy an effective campaign strategy across all local government areas in Osun State.
Political analysts observe that the meeting in Abuja highlights the party’s determined effort to reclaim the Osun State Government House, amidst heightened political activities across the state.
The election is anticipated to be one of the most keenly contested off-cycle polls in recent national political history.

According to party officials, Monday’s session will review preliminary field reports, establish sub-committee operational mandates, finalize logistics for state-wide rallies, and map out effective voter engagement initiatives aimed at presenting the party’s development manifesto directly to the electorate.
As the August 15 election approaches, the APC campaign structure continues to scale up its presence in Osun State.
Members of the campaign council are expected to hit the ground running immediately after the Abuja session, holding series of town hall meetings, stakeholder consultations, and ward-level engagements to ensure maximum turnout on election day.
The party leadership remains resolute that a unified front and structured campaign execution will be central to delivering victory at the polls.
