The lawmaker representing Epe Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Rep. Wale Raji, has joined traditional rulers, indigenes, and well-wishers to felicitate with His Royal Majesty, Alayeluwa Oba (Dr.) Olufolarin Olukayode Ogunsanwo, Telade IV, the 55th Alara of Ilara Kingdom, Epe Division, Lagos State, on the occasion of his birthday.
Eko Hot Blog in his goodwill message, Raji described the monarch as a royal father of distinction whose reign has brought peace, progress, and purposeful leadership to the Ilara Kingdom.
“Today is not merely a celebration of your birth, it is a celebration of your noble legacy, your unshakable commitment to the upliftment of your people, and your enduring reign of peace and progress,” Raji said.
He commended Oba Ogunsanwo’s contributions beyond his kingdom, noting his roles as Zonal Coordinator for the South West, National Council of Traditional Rulers of Nigeria (NCTRN), and Financial Secretary of the Southern Nigeria Traditional Rulers Council (SNTRC).

“Your wisdom and humility are inspiring. You have continued to shine as a unifying force and a tireless advocate for development, cultural preservation, and national cohesion,” the lawmaker added.
According to him, the Ilara Kingdom has witnessed steady transformation under the monarch’s reign, which he described as a testament to divine grace and visionary leadership.
Raji, who chairs the House Committee on Livestock Development, prayed for God’s continued strength, wisdom, and long life for the royal father.
“On this special day, I join your family, the good people of Ilara Kingdom, and countless well-wishers across the country to pray that the Almighty God will continue to strengthen and preserve you. Long may you reign in honour and glory,” he said.
