The Los Angeles Police Department received reports of the shooting at approximately 1:21 p.m. According to dispatch audio, the suspect fired about 10 shots from a vehicle parked across the street from the estate’s main gate.
The shooter then fled the scene in a white Tesla, heading south on Coldwater Canyon Drive.
Police descriptions identified the suspect as a woman with her hair in braids, wearing a cream-colored blouse. Officers successfully tracked the “dirty” Tesla to a shopping center in Sherman Oaks, where the 30-year-old woman was taken into custody without further incident.
While Rihanna was confirmed to be at home, it remains unclear if her partner, rapper ASAP Rocky, or their three young children, sons RZA and Riot, and their five-month-old daughter Rocki, were present during the attack.

Police Sergeant Jonathan de Vera confirmed that despite the high number of shots fired, there were no reported injuries.
The colonial-style mansion, located in the exclusive Post Office neighborhood of Beverly Hills, has been the primary residence for the couple and their growing family.
Investigations are currently ongoing to determine a motive for the targeted attack, and the suspect remains in police custody.
