EKO HOT BLOG reports that security agencies have not released an official statement at the time of filing this report. However, social critic and public affairs analyst Mahdi Shehu shared the video on his 𝕏 account, raising fresh concerns about coordinated arms movement within the country.
The video shows operatives uncovering large quantities of live ammunition concealed inside the vehicle.
Shehu noted that initial information suggested the bullets were being transported by a driver acting under specific instructions. “The driver was given the toxic killer bullets to transport. Another person is accompanying the said bullets,” he stated. He added that security operatives had obtained the telephone contact of the individual expected to receive the consignment.
He stressed the need for authorities to uncover the entire network behind the intercepted ammunition. According to him, everyone involved must be traced, from the source of production to the final receiver.
“The real owner and the ultimate receiver and utilizer should be easily traceable. It is important to identify the whole roots from the fabricators, to their financiers, distributors and the receivers,” he said.

Expressing deep worry about the implication of such arms movement, Shehu warned that the situation signals a serious national security challenge. In his words, “BUT WE ARE IN A BIG BIG BIG TROUBLE.”
