Speed Darlington , Portable Set to Clash in Celebrity Boxing Match
- The Feud between portable and speed Darlington started since last month

Controversial Nigerian musicians, Speed Darlington and Portable, are scheduled to face off in a much-anticipated celebrity boxing match on April 18, 2025, at the Balmoral Convention Centre in Lagos State.
Eko Hot Blog had reported that the feud between the two artists started in March after Darlington offered Portable N500,000 to perform at his forthcoming show.

Portable, deeming the offer ridiculous, labeled Darlington as “poor,” asserting that he charges N20 million for a performance.
“You are inviting me for a show, and you don’t have money. You use my name to promote your show. I charge N20 million, ask around. I don’t know that you are poor. I don’t want to be friends with poor people”.
In response, Darlington expressed regret for inviting Portable, which further fueled the tensions between the two musicians. He said “I regret it because why the insults?”
Portable challenged Darlington to a fight, confident that he would defeat him, just as he did in his previous match against actor Charles Okocha.
Following high demand from fans, the match has been organized by Mygamerush, who announced the event on Instagram.
Announcing the fight on Instagram Mygamerush wrote; “You asked and now it is here. Two street kings’ battle for ultimate street supremacy.
