Nigeria’s Super Falcons will continue their build-up to the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) with an international friendly against Ghana’s Black Queens on Saturday, July 18, in Casablanca, Morocco.
The encounter, scheduled for the Stade El Arbi Zaouli, will serve as the team’s final warm-up fixture before the start of the continental championship and give head coach Justine Madugu another opportunity to evaluate his squad, Eko Hot Blog gathered.

The Falcons officially opened their training camp in Casablanca on Monday, with the first batch of players reporting to the team’s Hotel Marriott camp.
Among those already in camp are captain Rasheedat Ajibade, first-choice goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie, Fatima Oloko, Oluwatosin Demehin, Glory Ogbonna, Christy Ucheibe, Shukurat Oladipo, Rofiat Imuran, Jennifer Echegini and experienced striker Asisat Oshoala.
The team is expected to begin full training at the Stade El Arbi Zaouli, while additional players are anticipated to join the squad in the coming days.

Nigeria, Africa’s most successful women’s national team with nine WAFCON titles, will begin their campaign against Malawi at the Al Madina Stadium in Rabat on July 28.
The defending champions will then face Zambia on August 1 before concluding their Group B fixtures against Egypt at the Olympic Stadium in Rabat on August 5.
Beyond competing for another continental title, the tournament also offers qualification to the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup in Brazil. The four semi-finalists will secure automatic places, while the fifth-placed team will advance to an intercontinental playoff.
