President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s ministerial nominees arrived at the National Assembly on Wednesday, October 30, for Senate screening, which was initially scheduled for the previous day but postponed to allow for completion of essential documentation.

EKO HOT BLOG reports that Basheer Lado, Special Adviser to the President on National Assembly matters, confirmed that the delay was to enable nominees to finalize necessary paperwork.
Currently, most nominees are waiting at Senator Lado’s office, preparing for their formal entry into the Senate Chambers.
The Senate’s order paper lists seven nominees scheduled for today’s screening session: Dr. Nentawe Yilwatda, Muhammadu Maigari Dingyadi, Bianca Odinaka Odumegwu-Ojukwu, Rt. Hon. Yusuf Abdullahi Ata, Idi Mukhtar Maiha, Dr. Jumoke Oduwole, and Suwaiba Said Ahmad, Ph.D.
