Our vision is to become the leading technology partner for Ground transportation stakeholders across Africa supporting operators, travellers, OTAs and other retail partners. We are a fully remote team with colleagues spread across 5 cities in 2 continents and counting. We are looking to grow our team to Support our expanding client base.

Job Title: Customer Success Representative

The position

• We are looking for a Customer Success Representative for our growth team that will:
• Respond to Customer enquiries both online and offline.
• Resolve issues with customer account.
• provide first-line support to businesses where you deploy T40 PoS.

Requirements

You are qualified for this role if you meet the following requirements. Ideally, you:

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 0 – 1 year work experience.
• Have good communication skills, empathy and problem-solving skills.
• Are confident, proactive, strategic and a fast learner.
• Have some experience with customer care or success (not mandatory).
• Have access to excellent internet connection and great power supply.
• Have good knowledge of social media.
• Are energetic, optimistic, self-motivated and can work independently.
• Are excited about working in a tech start up making an impact in the African intercity and mobility and logistics space.
