We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Recommend products based on customer needs and desires, answer questions regarding products.
- Maintain knowledge of sales, promotions, policies, and practices.
- Provide knowledgeable, honest, and superior customer service.
- Provide customers with timely and accurate information as related to product specifics, pricing, deliverables and project status.
- Consistently demonstrate professional customer service to clients.
- Achieve target through innovative sales tactics.
- Identify and develop business strategies to improve sales, attract customers and support existing customers.
Key Requirements
- Target oriented
- Minimum B.Sc Degree
- Minimum of 2 years experience selling properties
- Must have a wide knowledge of the Nigerian Real Estate market
- Should be tech-savvy and able to keep up with trends that can help promote property sales
- Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
