WAEC: How to Easily Check Your 2024 WASSCE Results Online
The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) is scheduled to release the results of the May/June 2024 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) today, Monday, August 12th, 2024.
Below are some of the possible ways to check your 2024 WAEC results online, via SMS, and through other methods
Method 1: Checking WAEC Results 2024 Online
- Visit the Official WAEC Results Checker:
- Go to the WAEC result checking website.
- Enter Your Examination Details:
- Input your 10-digit WAEC Examination Number in the designated field.
- Select “2024” from the Examination Year dropdown menu.
- Choose the type of examination you took (e.g., PRIVATE CANDIDATES RESULTS or SCHOOL CANDIDATES RESULTS).EDITOR’S PICK
- Enter Your e-PIN Information:
- Provide the e-PIN Voucher Number and PIN in the respective fields. (You can find out how to get your e-PIN voucher here).
- Submit and View Your Results:
- Click on “Submit” and wait for your WAEC 2024 results to appear on the screen, displaying your grades for each subject.
- You can print out your results after viewing them.

- Create a New SMS:
- Open your messaging app and start a new SMS message.
- Enter Your Exam Details:
- In the message body, type your details in this format (without spaces):
WAECExamNoPINExamYear
. - For example, if your Exam Number is 4800101221, PIN is 123456789012, and the year is 2024, you would type:

- In the message body, type your details in this format (without spaces):
- Send the SMS:
- Enter the shortcode 32327 in the recipient field (available for MTN, Airtel, and Glo subscribers only).
- Receive Your Results:
- Send the SMS and wait for a reply with your WAEC 2024 results. A service charge of ₦30 will apply depending on your network provider.
