EKO HOT BLOG reports that in a statement signed by the State Chairman, Sunday Bisi, and released through the party’s media unit, the PDP said the leaked list confirmed that the APC remained trapped in the politics of imposition and self-interest. It added that Osun residents have since moved forward under the purposeful and people-focused leadership of Governor Ademola Adeleke.
According to the PDP, the forthcoming 2026/2027 elections will not be a battle of propaganda but a celebration of proven results and trust earned through performance.
“Osun people know the difference between hardship and hope. They have tested both parties and have chosen the PDP, the party that restored light, dignity, and direction to governance through IMOLE,” the statement read.
The party emphasized that its strength lies not only in political structure but also in the emotional bond it shares with the people.
“We have earned huge street credibility across Osun State because our Governor speaks the people’s language one of performance, humility, and accessibility,” the statement continued.
Highlighting the achievements of the Adeleke administration, the PDP said it has delivered results across education, health, infrastructure, and workers’ welfare.
“Today, our government enjoys open endorsement from workers, pensioners, students, and community leaders who have seen a government that keeps its word. Salaries are regular, pensions are paid, and respect has returned to public service,” it stated.

Describing the APC’s consensus list as “a recycled arrangement of tired and deceitful politicians,” the PDP said Osun would not return to what it called “years of waste and sorrow.”
Reaffirming readiness for another victory, the party said its performance, unity, and the people’s trust would secure another win in 2026/2027.
