“I’m not using Flavour’s name to defraud people; I simply have deep admiration for him,” he explained.

The performer revealed that his performance fees typically range between ₦700,000 and ₦800,000—an amount he insists is far below what the real Flavour would charge.
“Flavour wouldn’t perform for that kind of money,” he added. “My clients understand that I’m doing my own thing. I’m not pretending to be him to make money.”

He further emphasised that his brand is rooted in respect and admiration rather than imitation or fraud.
