African Democratic Congress (ADC) governorship candidate in Anambra State, John Chuma Nwosu, has expressed confidence in winning the November 8 election, provided it remains free from vote-buying and voter apathy.

Speaking on Arise Television, Nwosu encouraged voters to come out en masse, assuring that massive participation would guarantee transparency. He explained that he left the Labour Party after noticing irregularities in its nomination process.
Nwosu stated that he built the Labour Party’s structure in Anambra alongside Oseloka Obaze and Ben Chuks Nwosu before joining ADC, which he described as a coalition of parties including PDP and Labour members.

He said his administration would prioritise security, education, economy, environment, and healthcare under a seven-point agenda known as “SHEEEMS.”
According to him, his private-sector experience would drive e-governance, digital security, and economic reform.
Nwosu added that insecurity had crippled several parts of the state and promised to restore peace and development if elected.
