Popular Nigerian skit maker and live streamer Adesokan Adedeji Emmanuel, widely known as Shank Comics, has survived a serious car crash that occurred on Saturday.
Eko Hot Blog gathered that the accident happened during one of Shank’s live-streaming sessions, with parts of the incident and its aftermath captured in real-time.

The vehicle involved, reportedly owned by fellow content creator Habby Forex, suffered major front-end damage and was left completely wrecked.

Viral videos circulating on social media showed Shank standing alongside Habby at the crash scene as bystanders gathered around. Fortunately, both men escaped the incident without any injuries.
Shortly after the crash, the comedian took to Instagram to express gratitude to God for sparing their lives. He wrote:
“The craziest thing happened to me today on stream. I crashed! God is good. Sorry for your Benz @habbyforex_. God, thank you. This would have gone worse. Drive safe guys.”

Shank Comics first gained nationwide recognition during the 2020 COVID-19 lockdown through his relatable and humorous skits about everyday Nigerian life.
A graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, he transitioned from traditional skit-making to digital content creation and now commands a large fanbase across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch, where he recently began streaming live content.
