The Governor of Rivers State, Siminalayi Fubara, has formally registered as a member of the All Progressives Congress. His registration took place on Friday at the Government House in Port Harcourt during a courtesy visit by the Tony Okocha led Rivers APC executive.

According to the delegation, the governor completed the APC documentation process in the presence of key party figures. The Minister of Aviation, Festus Keyamo, attended the visit as the party formalised Fubara’s membership.

Keyamo was in Rivers State as a guest for the commissioning of a road project and joined the APC team during the registration exercise.
