Eko Hot Blog reports that the Ibeju-Lekki Local Government has announced the commencement of its Free 2026 Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) forms for eligible indigenes seeking admission into tertiary institutions.

According to the notice released by the Council, qualified candidates are required to fill the application form online and proceed to the Education Department at the Local Government Secretariat, Igando-Oloja, for screening from Monday, February 16 to Wednesday, February 18, 2026.
To be eligible, applicants must be 16 years old and above, with a copy of their birth certificate as proof of age. Candidates must also be indigenes of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government and present a letter of identification from the Local Government.
Other required documents include JAMB Profile Code, NIN slip, photocopies of academic results, passport photographs, and evidence of at least five credits, including English Language and Mathematics.
The initiative forms part of the Local Government’s commitment to supporting educational advancement and providing opportunities for young people within the council area.
Applicants are advised to ensure they meet all stated requirements and present complete documentation during the screening exercise.
