According to the EFCC, he had been presenting himself on Instagram as a football agent who connects players with foreign clubs for trials and possible recruitment.
The commission said Etinosa allegedly collected N11,000,000 from a victim, Samuel Beke Ohazuruike, with a promise to secure football trials for him in clubs in Romania and Bulgaria.

However, the promised opportunities never materialised, and efforts by the victim to recover the money were unsuccessful.
The EFCC said the suspect will be charged to court soon as investigations continue.
