Thai public broadcaster Thai PBS reported that between 10 and 15 people were wounded in the attack, although the exact number of casualties has not yet been officially confirmed.
“A shooting has occurred at a well-known high school in Bang Kruai district, Nonthaburi province. Initial reports indicate 10–15 people have been injured,” Thai PBS said.
Emergency responders were reportedly dispatched to the scene to provide medical assistance to the injured, while security agencies launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the attack.
As of the time of filing this report, Thai authorities had not disclosed the identity of the suspected gunman or revealed a possible motive for the shooting.
