The NDLEA Chairman, Buba Marwa, disclosed the arrest during a press briefing on Tuesday, saying the suspect was apprehended alongside Lawal Kehinde, an employee of a logistics company.
According to the agency, the operation resulted in the largest cocaine seizure from a courier company in its history.
Marwa said operatives intercepted KC Luxury at the airport boarding gate as he was preparing to travel out of the country.
The NDLEA chairman said the suspect was found in possession of expensive jewellery, N100,000, £2,800 and €7,750 at the time of his arrest.
Operatives also reportedly recovered several exotic vehicles from his apartment in Banana Island, Ikoyi, Lagos.
Marwa said the arrest prevented the suspect, whom the agency described as a cartel leader, from leaving the country.
“This cartel leader did not walk into our custody voluntarily; he intended to flee the country on a business class flight to Paris,” Marwa said.

He added that NDLEA operatives arrested him at the boarding gate of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport as he allegedly attempted to evade arrest.
The agency said investigations into the cocaine shipment and the wider network behind the consignment are ongoing.
