Nigerian businessman and socialite, Obinna Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana, has surprised the founder of Streams of Joy International, Pastor Jerry Eze, with a mansion to mark his 44th birthday.
Eko Hot Blog reports that Jerry Eze turned 44 on Saturday, August 22, 2026, with family, friends, church members and well-wishers celebrating the cleric.

Obi Cubana announced the birthday gift in a video shared on social media, where he praised Eze for his friendship and spiritual support over the years.
The businessman described the pastor as one of his close friends and brothers, noting that Eze had consistently supported him and his family through prayers.
Cubana revealed that he had made a personal commitment earlier in the year to gift Eze a house after the pastor visited one of his properties.
According to him, he had hoped to complete the building before Eze’s birthday and formally present it to him as a gift.
Although construction of the property is not yet complete, Cubana said he decided to present it to the pastor as a birthday gift in appreciation of his friendship and spiritual support.
He also prayed for Eze’s continued success, blessings and impact in ministry.
The gesture has attracted reactions on social media, with several Nigerians praising Cubana for the generosity while others debated the decision to gift a mansion to another prominent figure.
Some reports have put the estimated value of the property at about N500 million, although Cubana did not publicly confirm the exact worth of the mansion.
Pastor Jerry Eze is the founder and lead pastor of Streams of Joy International and the convener of New Season Prophetic Prayers and Declarations, popularly known as NSPPD.
His online prayer programme has attracted a large following in Nigeria and among Nigerians and other audiences across the world.
