Nollywood actress and filmmaker Funke Akindele has sponsored Nigerian videographer Jeffrey Oboh-Oshioke, popularly known as Juicyjeff, to pursue filmmaking studies at the London Film Academy in the United Kingdom.
Eko Hot Blog reports that Oboh-Oshioke disclosed the development on Tuesday through an Instagram post announcing his arrival in London, where he is set to commence his studies.

The videographer, who has worked closely with Akindele on several of her projects, expressed appreciation to the filmmaker for believing in his talent and supporting his ambition to further develop his filmmaking skills.
According to Oboh-Oshioke, Akindele’s generosity has transformed his aspiration of studying filmmaking abroad into reality.
He described the opportunity as one he would not take for granted, thanking the filmmaker for recognising his potential and creating an avenue for him to grow professionally.
Oboh-Oshioke also shared footage documenting his journey from the Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos to Gatwick Airport in London.
He described the trip as the beginning of a new chapter in his filmmaking career, expressing excitement about commencing his programme at the London Film Academy.
