Position Overview
Don Quester Consulting is seeking an experienced and strategic Managing Director to drive the growth and expansion of its signage and branding division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scaling operations, increasing revenue, and diversifying the company’s service offerings, including digital signage and sustainable revenue models.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 10 years’ leadership experience, with at least 5 years in signage, branding, construction, or related industries.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.

• Proven expertise in revenue growth, strategic planning, and business development.

• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.

• Willingness to travel across Nigeria as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business growth and transformation strategies.

• Expand the company’s market presence beyond banking into sectors like FMCG, hospitality, healthcare, technology, and retail.

• Lead business development efforts, fostering key client relationships and driving revenue growth.
