The Deputy Leader of the sixth Legislative Arm of Eredo Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Sulaimon Adebola ODUBANJO (POI), has commended the Executive Chairman of the council, Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye, for the presentation of operational vehicles to the Vice Chairman and Councillors of the LCDA.

Eko Hot Blog reports that speaking on behalf of other legislators, Hon. Adebowale described the gesture as a major boost to grassroots governance, noting that improved mobility would enhance effective representation prompt community engagement, and efficient service delivery across all wards in Eredo LCDA.
According to him, the provision of the vehicles reflects the Chairman’s understanding of the practical needs of elected representatives at the grassroots level.
“This intervention will greatly improve our capacity as legislators to reach our constituents, respond swiftly to their needs, and effectively perform our oversight and representation duties,” he said.
Hon. Adebowale further praised Hon. Akinloye’s leadership style, describing it as inclusive, purposeful, and people-oriented.
“The Executive Chairman has once again demonstrated that he is committed to strengthening governance structures and empowering those entrusted with leadership responsibilities,” he added.
The operational vehicles were officially presented by Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye in a bid to strengthen grassroots administration, improve response time, and ensure that council leaders are adequately equipped to discharge their duties across the LCDA.
Under the leadership of Hon. Akinloye, Eredo LCDA has continued to witness steady progress through strategic investments aimed at enhancing governance, accountability, and community development.
