Job Summary
We seek a highly skilled and dynamic Business Manager to oversee business operations, drive growth, and ensure the efficient management of resources. This role involves supervising administrative staff, supporting sales teams, and contributing to the company’s overall profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage administrative staff, including receptionists, assistants, and marketing coordinators.
- Implement and enforce company policies and operational procedures.
- Oversee budget preparation and financial management, ensuring cost efficiency and revenue growth.
- Monitor financial performance and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and present financial reports to management.
- Support sales agents through onboarding, training, and marketing assistance.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand business reach.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and management of employees.
- Oversee payroll administration and employee benefits.
- Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and industry standards.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and best practices in the real estate sector.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of real estate operations and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate teams and drive business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
