The Federal Government, through the Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC), has announced the commencement of recruitment into various positions within the Federal Civil Service.

EKO HOT BLOG reports that this was disclosed in a statement issued on Monday by the Head of Press and Public Relations at the commission, Taiwo Hassan. The statement urged interested and qualified Nigerians to apply via the commission’s official recruitment portal, emphasizing that applicants may apply for only one position.
“The Federal Civil Service Commission is receiving applications for various vacancies in the Federal Civil Service,” the statement read. “The vacancy announcement is published on the commission’s website: www.fedcivilservice.gov.ng and in national newspapers.”
Hassan added that applicants are required to submit their applications online through the designated portal: https://recruitment.fedcivilservice.gov.ng. Individuals living with disabilities were encouraged to indicate the nature of their disability in their application.
Applicants must upload specific documents during the application process. These include:
- Curriculum Vitae
- Ph.D., Master’s, or Bachelor’s Degree Certificate, as applicable
- HND/NCE Certificate
- WAEC/NECO/NABTEB Certificate
- Primary School Certificate
- NYSC Discharge, Exemption, or Exclusion Certificate
- Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
- Local Government Identification
- Recent passport photograph
The commission also set a deadline for the submission of applications, stating that all entries must be completed no later than Monday, March 10, 2025.
