The Balogun General of Epe Land, Hon. Abiodun Tobun, and his wife, Alhaja Rasakat Adenike Tobun, the Yeye Mesho of Epe Land, have urged Muslims and the entire Epe community to uphold the virtues of Ramadan and continue fostering unity, peace, and development in the town.

Ekohotblog gathers that the speaking in an interview at the Ansar-Ud-Deen Eid Ground during the Eid-el-Fitr celebration, Hon. Tobun emphasized the importance of sustaining the discipline, patience, and selflessness practiced during Ramadan.

“Ramadan teaches us sacrifice, patience, and love. Now that the fasting period is over, we must continue in this path, ensuring peace and unity in our community. This is the only way we can achieve lasting progress,” he stated.

His wife, Alhaja Rasakat Tobun, also addressed the importance of women in building a better society, encouraging them to uphold good morals within their families.

“As women, we have a great role to play in ensuring peace and stability in our homes and the community at large. Let us continue to nurture our children with good values and contribute positively to Epe’s growth,” she added.

Hon. Tobun further called for stronger community ties, stressing that collective efforts are necessary for sustainable development.
