.The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) has issued a strong warning to Russia against further attacks in Europe, emphasizing that the alliance will defend its members.
NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte stated that any aggression towards Poland or other member nations would be met with a “devastating” response.

Speaking in Warsaw alongside Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk on Wednesday, Rutte reaffirmed NATO’s commitment to security in the region.

There are growing concerns that Poland may become Russia’s next target following the invasion of Ukraine. In response, Poland has urged the United States to establish a nuclear weapons base within its borders.
Rutte, a former Prime Minister of the Netherlands, assured that NATO would not allow a repeat of Ukraine’s fate.
“If anyone thinks they can get away with an attack on Poland or any other ally, they will be met with the full force of this fierce alliance. Our reaction will be devastating,” Rutte warned.

He further stressed that this message should be “very clear” to Russian President Vladimir Putin and any other potential aggressor.
