The National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Epe Local Branch, has announced plans to host the much-anticipated Youth Congress 2025, a strategic gathering aimed at empowering young people through innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainable employment opportunities.
Eko Hot Blog reports that the congress, scheduled to hold on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at Magville Hotel, Epe, will bring together youth leaders, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and community stakeholders under the theme, “Building Bridges for Youth Employment and Entrepreneurial Success: Harnessing Innovation and Local Opportunities.”

According to the organizers, the event is designed to inspire young people to tap into local resources, leverage innovation, and embrace self-reliance as key tools for personal and community development.
“The Youth Congress 2025 will not just be a gathering but a platform for action — where ideas meet opportunities,” said a spokesperson for NYCN Epe.
“We are committed to equipping our youths with the mindset, skills, and partnerships necessary to thrive in today’s competitive economy.”
The event will feature keynote presentations, interactive sessions, networking opportunities, and exhibitions showcasing local talents and enterprises.

Participants will also engage in discussions on youth empowerment, innovation, and strategies for overcoming unemployment in the region.
NYCN Epe reiterated that the congress aligns with its mission to strengthen youth participation in governance, promote entrepreneurship, and foster inclusive development across the Epe Division and Lagos State at large.
