Lima, in an emotional video, said her father’s condition had become critical and that some hospitals were no longer willing to continue his treatment.
She explained that the family only became aware of the seriousness of his condition about three weeks ago, noting that the actor had not appeared severely ill before then.
According to her, the family is not seeking financial donations but wants access to medical professionals who may be able to offer treatment.
“Please, if you know somebody that knows somebody that will be willing to treat him, anything, we’re willing to try anything,” she appealed.
Lima also expressed appreciation to a family member identified as Yayi for supporting them during the difficult period.
She became visibly emotional while pleading for help, saying she could not bear the thought of losing her father.
In a separate video, Kira disclosed that Ogogo had been diagnosed with stage-four cancer and claimed doctors had told the family that chemotherapy was no longer an option.
She appealed to medical professionals and anyone with knowledge of possible treatment to contact the family.
Kira said the family was willing to consider available options, while also mentioning alternative remedies in her desperate search for help.

She also praised Senator Yayi for reportedly supporting the family and helping to settle medical bills.
Kira further revealed the emotional toll the situation has taken on the family, saying she had never seen her father experience such severe pain and that he had expressed fear of dying.
Taiwo Hassan is one of the most recognisable figures in Nigeria’s Yoruba film industry. His acting career spans more than four decades, during which he has appeared in hundreds of films and television productions.
As of the time of filing this report, Ogogo’s management had not released an official statement providing details about his specific cancer diagnosis, the hospital where he is being treated or his current medical condition.
The family’s appeal has nevertheless drawn attention from fans and members of the Nigerian entertainment industry, with many expressing concern and offering prayers for the veteran actor.
