Speaking during the event, Oba Musa said the titles were not given for prestige alone but as a call to higher responsibility and service to the people of Igbooye at large.
“These titles are symbols of trust and responsibility. They are meant for those who have shown loyalty, discipline, and genuine love for the progress of Igbooye Kingdom,” the monarch said.

Their participation underscored the unity, cooperation, and shared cultural heritage among traditional rulers across Epe Division.
Presiding over the ceremony, the Orijeru offered royal blessings and prayers for wisdom, long life, and steadfast loyalty for the newly installed chiefs, while urging them to work in harmony with the palace and contribute meaningfully to peace, unity, and sustainable development in Igbooye Kingdom.
In their remarks, the newly installed chiefs expressed gratitude to the monarch and the people of Igbooye, pledging their loyalty to the throne and renewed commitment to community service.
“I am deeply honoured by this recognition, and I see it as a call to do more for my people and my kingdom,” one of the title holders said.
