Otunba Olusesi, who served as SLA for Works and Special Duties to Rep. Wale Raji, was widely recognized for his commitment to grassroots engagement and humanitarian efforts.
He was particularly known for coordinating the Wale Raji Monthly Owo Arugbo Project, an initiative aimed at supporting elderly citizens across the constituency.
Speaking during the gathering, Rep. Wale Raji described the deceased as a man of integrity and unwavering honesty.
“For five years, he handled the Owo Arugbo initiative, and he never for once cheated anyone.”

His daughter, Mrs. Oluwafunmilayo, shared emotional reflections on her father’s life and character.
“Our father was very caring and attentive. He always tried to solve every problem all by himself, and his death will be deeply felt in the family.”
