Job Description

Thriving Diamonds is seeking a talented and creative Content Writer & Social Media Manager to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting engaging content across multiple digital platforms, managing social media presence, and driving brand awareness through innovative content strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

Write compelling and engaging content for blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
Develop and script video content for YouTube.
Design visually appealing pins for Pinterest.

Social Media Management

Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement.
Schedule and post content across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
Monitor trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities on social media.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally.

Email Marketing

Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotions.
Align email content with marketing goals and brand voice.
Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.

Analytics & Reporting

Track content and social media campaign performance.
Generate reports on key metrics and suggest strategy improvements.
Utilize data insights to enhance content strategies.

Other Duties

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in content writing and social media management.
Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in major social media platforms and management tools.
Experience with SEO and content optimization.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
A creative thinker with fresh content ideas.
