The State Department said the individuals are believed to play key roles in directing operations connected to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), which Washington accuses of planning and carrying out acts of terrorism internationally.

Authorities encouraged anyone with relevant information to submit tips through secure communication channels such as Tor or the encrypted messaging app Signal.
Officials added that those who provide credible intelligence may qualify for financial compensation and possible relocation.

The reward is being offered through the government’s Rewards for Justice initiative, a long-running programme that pays individuals who provide information leading to the capture or prosecution of wanted persons.
Meanwhile, Mojtaba Khamenei’s father, Ali Khamenei, reportedly died in a bombing on February 28 during the early phase of a conflict involving the United States and Israel against Iran.
