The startup programme for Web Summit Qatar 2026 has officially sold out, with more than 1,600 startups from across the world confirmed for the major technology conference scheduled to hold in Doha from February 1 to 4.

EKO HOT BLOG reports that in a press release issued on January 11, 2026, organisers announced that the exhibition floor has also reached full capacity, with several leading global companies already signed on as partners. These include IBM, TikTok, Microsoft, Huawei, Qatar Airways and Snapchat.
Organisers noted that demand for tickets continues to rise sharply, adding that the entire event is expected to sell out fully in the coming weeks.
Web Summit Qatar will return to Doha for its third edition, further strengthening Qatar’s position as a fast growing technology and innovation hub in the Middle East. The event will take place at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre and is projected to attract more than 30,000 participants from over 120 countries.
According to the organisers, more than 700 investors and about 600 members of the international media will be in attendance, making the gathering one of the largest meetings of entrepreneurs, policymakers and technology leaders in the region.
The 2026 programme will place strong focus on artificial intelligence and its expanding role across sectors such as healthcare, finance, energy, manufacturing and creative industries. Discussions will also examine how technology can address global challenges including financial inclusion, access to healthcare and climate change.
Other key themes include quantum computing, fintech innovation, clean energy, digital governance and the future of sports technology.
Reacting to the sellout, a Web Summit spokesperson described the level of interest as unprecedented.
“We’re delighted to see an extraordinary level of demand for Web Summit Qatar 2026, particularly from startups that represent the future of technology,” the spokesperson said.

The event will feature high profile speakers, curated meetups and advanced networking sessions powered by Web Summit’s proprietary software.
