Bello was digitally enrolled at Agasa Ward in Okene Local Government Area during an event that drew party supporters and leaders, including the Kogi APC Chairman, Abdullahi Bello.

Addressing members after completing his registration, the former governor described the initiative as a step in the right direction, noting that it would promote unity within the party and enhance direct interaction between members and the leadership.
According to him, the registration process underscores the party’s commitment to inclusiveness and transparency.
Bello added that President Tinubu remains focused on delivering people-oriented policies, urging party members to remain steadfast and optimistic despite present challenges confronting the nation.
He further explained that linking the registration process to the National Identification Number (NIN) would allow party members to be directly connected to the leadership, making it easier for them to benefit from empowerment programmes and government interventions without third-party interference.
He encouraged members to mobilise their families and associates to take part in the exercise.
Bello also charged APC members to be proactive ahead of future elections, stressing that the party continues to maintain a strong foothold in Kogi State.

He appealed for patience among Nigerians, describing the current reforms under the Tinubu administration as necessary steps toward sustainable national development.
The former governor expressed appreciation to party stakeholders across the state, including the executive council, local government leaders and grassroots mobilisers, for their continued loyalty and commitment to the party’s growth.
Earlier, the state APC chairman, Abdullahi Bello, disclosed that the electronic registration exercise would be extended to all 21 local government areas of Kogi State.
He called on party members to fully cooperate with officials to ensure the successful completion of the exercise within the stipulated timeline set by the party’s national leadership.
