Adesuyi noted that beyond its primary function as a voting card, the PVC serves as a valid means of identification and a powerful tool for civic engagement.
He stressed that mass participation is vital for a healthy democracy, ensuring that elective leadership truly represents the collective interests of the populace.
The call comes as the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) prepares to conclude its registration cycle ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The statement formally directed APC local government youth leaders, student representatives, and various youth groups to coordinate efforts for the third phase of the exercise.

This final window, starting May 11, 2026, allows new voters to register, existing voters to transfer their polling units to new locations, and others to replace lost or damaged cards.
With the exercise slated to end on July 10, the party is pushing for maximum turnout to ensure no eligible youth is disenfranchised in the upcoming polls.
